The plot of the story is that a politically correct and anti-racist Hitler demonstrates how the jewish/Marxist multicultural agenda of mass Third World immigration and race-mixing acts to perpetrate genocide, by leading the implementation of a policy of mass Third World immigration into the jewish state of Khazaria/Shitzrael. 

Hilarious, yet extremely thought-provoking.
